In 5th grade we are constantly practicing how to infer things from a text. Recently at our grade level planning, a seasoned teacher shared how to practice inferencing with comics. As a class we did 7-9 on the sheets and then the children practiced independently 1-6 on the sheets. The results were fantastic and I just wanted to share her wonderful idea. ReplyDeleteGreat site - You might consider raising you font size to 16 pt or larger - you have the room - since most people will be reading this on a mobile device. Also heavy up your colors to less transparent. Easier to read. I build websites for education venues. You should not struggle to read such a fine message. Sell the sizzle, not the steak. Kudos
